We guarantee our wood jewelry, bead bracelets, body jewelry, and all of our jewelry to be free of defects in materials and craftsmanship for 6 months from the date you ordered it.
All reasonable returns of unworn earrings and defective merchandise are accepted. We accept returns for replacement or exchange. please review our policy below for instructions. Thank you.
PLEASE NOTE: We care about you, all our customers, and our craftspeople. For health reasons, organic earrings and organic body jewelry that have been worn cannot be returned!
If you are not sure that the organic jewelry you received is the right size, or that you will like the way it looks, don't try it on!
We are happy to replace any jewelry defective in materials or craftsmanship for up to 6 months from the day you ordered it from us. shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
YOU MUST INCLUDE THE RECEIPT THAT YOU RECEIVED WITH YOUR ORDER.
Return / Exchange Information:
BEFORE you send an item to us for exchange or replacement, you need to email us at sales@OrganicEarrings.com with the following information:
1. Please tell us why you are returning the item and what happened to it if it is damaged. Be as thorough as possible, but please limit your explanation to 300 words. This is only so we can better serve you and improve the quality of our products for you and everyone in the future and will not affect the status of your return. We will provide you with the best quality service we can offer.
2. The original copy of the receipt we emailed to you.
3. The item number of the product you want to send back to us.
4. The item number of the product that you would like in exchange. Please include a second choice in the event your first choice is not available.
5. Your phone number, email address, and address that you want the item shipped to.
We will contact you to approve your return, and give you the proper address to send it to. DO NOT SEND IT TO THE ADDRESS ON THE LABEL unless we tell you to, it may not be the correct one, and your goods could be forever lost!
We recommend that you use insurance and delivery confirmation to ensure that we receive your return. *We are not responsible for goods lost in the mail!
